Rent $2,000.00 Per Month
Utilities: Rent will include water, one (1) parking stall.
Other services, i.e. electricity, gas telephone, cable television, additional
parking ($15.00 per stall) will be the tenant’s responsibility. No pets, no pool.
All new residents will need to provide a Security Deposit equivalent to one (1) month rent.
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.
